If you need to see someone right away, a Financial Aid Counselor will be available Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. You can schedule an appointment to see a Financial Aid Counselor as soon as 48 hours in advance. We will respond to your telephone and e-mail inquiries within 48 hours, except during peak times when it may take us 3 – 5 business days to provide a response.
